Digital Sales Associate – German Speaking ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate fluent in German. We’re looking for someone with sales aptitude, excellent closing skills and outbound experience. What You'll Do

Drive our business forward by reaching and exceeding your sales goals. Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans. Using a cold calling strategy, build relationships with potential clients, uncover the true needs of their business, and recommend the right ADP products and services. Deepen relationships across the ADP family by cross‑selling into existing accounts focusing on ADP's other products and solutions. Collaborate daily with internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.

Experience You Need

Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self‑motivated with excellent closing skills. Goal‑oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed quotas. Well organized with effective time and activity management skills. Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office. Fluent in German and English. What We Offer
