Digital Sales Associate – German Speaking

Responsibilities

Drive business forward by reaching and exceeding sales goals.

Turn prospects into loyal clients using cold‑calling strategy: build relationships, uncover needs, recommend suitable ADP products and services.

Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cross‑selling new products and solutions to existing accounts.

Collaborate daily with internal and external customers to establish and maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications

Demonstrated sales aptitude with assertive, persistent, and excellent closing skills.

Goal‑oriented with proven ability to reach and exceed monthly and yearly quotas.

Well‑organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.

Fluent in German and English.

Excellent systems literacy in MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

Business‑to‑business sales experience with proven proficiency in selling, presentation, prospecting, and territory management.

Self‑starter with capacity and drive to exceed sales quotas.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other ADP sales associates.





Demonstrated cold‑calling sales ability with an assertive, positive, persistent style.

Effective communication skills across all mediums (verbal, listening, written).
