Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? Airbus offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain – Discover II 2026/2027. The program starts on 5 October 2026 and runs through 1 October 2027. It is designed for recent graduates across diverse disciplines who wish to develop their professional career in the aeronautical sector.

Program Overview The program is structured around a Master’s course organised into three training blocks, followed by an 11‑month internship at Airbus. The internship will begin in early October 2026 and will last 11 months, full‑time (40 h/week). Participants receive an attractive study grant and the opportunity to combine academic learning with hands‑on experience.

Responsibilities The primary responsibility is the design of aerospace structures, a complex multidisciplinary process that integrates mechanical engineering, materials science, aerodynamics and manufacturing systems. Key tasks include:

Ensuring structural integrity under all operating conditions and possible scenarios.

Applying machine‑learning models to efficiently analyse and predict reserve factors (RF), thus enabling precise analyses with reasonable computational cost while meeting high safety standards required by EASA certification.

Required Skills





Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Aerospace Engineering.

Experience in structural composite stress analysis.

Strong mathematical background and analytical problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Fortran or Python.

Familiarity with final element modelling techniques (Abaqus, Nastran, Hypermesh).

Negotiation level proficiency in English and Spanish.

Team spirit and excellent collaboration skills.

Ability to work in complex, international environments.
