Job Overview We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Dutch Speaking Talent Advisor to join our growing recruitment team on‑site in the vibrant city of Malaga, Spain. Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Dutch‑speaking candidates, from initial sourcing and screening through to offer management and onboarding support

Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, acting as a trusted talent advisor throughout the staffing process

Conduct competency‑based interviews and talent assessments in Dutch to identify the most suitable candidates for open vacancies

Proactively source high‑quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and other talent acquisition channels relevant to the recruitment and staffing sector

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring full compliance with data protection and staffing regulations





Collaborate closely with the wider Mercier Consultancy Group recruitment team to develop effective hiring strategies and meet client staffing targets

Provide an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey, representing the Mercier Consultancy Group brand with professionalism and integrity

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment team, sharing market insights and best practices to elevate overall staffing performance

Requirements

Native or fluent Dutch language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role A valid EU passport is mandatory

Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a staffing advisory role is strongly preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and stakeholders at all levels

Proficiency in English is required; additional European languages are considered a significant advantage

Solid understanding of recruitment processes, candidate management and staffing industry best practices

Highly organized, target‑driven and capable of managing multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
