We are currently hiring Sales Development Representatives to join an international team in Barcelona, Spain. This role is adecuado for motivated professionals who enjoy engaging with prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to business growth in a fast-paced sales environment.

What You Will Do

Identify and engage potential business customers through outbound outreach

Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team

Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients

Understand customer needs and present suitable business solutions

Maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions using CRM tools

Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements

Dutch communication skills required (C1 level or above)

Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)





Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales, business development, or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Goal-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset

Ability to work on-site in Barcelona, Spain
