Responsibilities

Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Conducting outbound sales activities to SMB clients

Building and maintaining long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth

Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and pipeline progress

Gathering and communicating client feedback to improve service delivery

Preparing commercially and technically sound proposals

Ensuring accurate and up-to-date CRM records

Required Qualifications

Native-level or fluent Dutch, with advanced proficiency in English

Proven experience in outbound sales or similar roles

Self-motivated with a strong focus on goals and performance

Excellent communication and computer skills

Experience with sales pipeline management and forecasting

Preferred

Background in channel sales or partner relationship management
