In this role, you will play a critical part in connecting talented candidates with exciting career opportunities across various industries. Identify, attract, and engage high-quality Dutch-speaking candidates Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate negotiations, and offer management Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices





Provide regular recruitment updates to the management team Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a freelance role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage recruitment projects remotely Proficient in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proactive and adaptable to changing needs and challenges Benefits
