What You'll Be Doing – Your Key Responsibilities As a Solution Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving client success and cloud adoption. You'll:

Drive sales growth through up-selling and cross‑selling opportunities

Consult with clients to align technical solutions with their business needs

Deliver expert insights on advanced cloud services and architecture

Demonstrate solutions via Teams to a variety of business users

Audit and validate implementation requirements and pricing models

Train and mentor teammates on cloud technologies and processes

Stay ahead of trends by continually researching new cloud tools, pricing, and competitor offerings

Be the go‑to expert in Microsoft cloud and hybrid solutions for SMB clients

You thrive in fast‑paced environments and enjoy turning complex problems into simple, elegant solutions.

You're a perfect match if you have:

Native‑level Dutch and fluent English A Bachelor's degree

3‑6+ years of experience in tech sales, business development, or pre‑sales

Strong understanding of cloud platforms, IT security, identity and compliance, and solution design

Minimum Microsoft Fundamentals certification (L200 preferred)

Proven record of sales success and customer satisfaction

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice to have

Experience in technical sales/pre‑sales A Master's degree or technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics)

Familiarity with cloud adoption and deployment planning
