About the Job As a Digital Supply Chain Planning

E2E Kinaxis Solution Architect at Opella, you will play a key role in shaping our future‑ready planning ecosystem. You will bridge business needs and digital solutions, ensuring our supply chain planning capabilities are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our general ambitions.

You will lead critical transformation initiatives, including our strategic Butterfly program — a strategic transformation program aimed at building a standalone, future‑ready digital ecosystem — and contribute to building a best‑in‑class digital landscape that supports business growth and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities

Lead initiatives that strengthen our global supply chain planning capabilities and digital ecosystem

Mentor and collaborate with cross‑functional teams while continuing to grow your expertise

Translate complex business needs into simple, effective digital solutions

Act as a trusted partner to business and digital teams, driving impactful decision‑making

Contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Promote sustainable, efficient, and future‑ready ways of working across supply chain planning

Lead end‑to‑end design and delivery of Kinaxis‑based supply chain planning solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals





Act as the key link between business stakeholders and digital teams to define, shape, and deliver solutions

Drive solution governance, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability across systems and processes

Collaborate with SAP, integration teams, and external partners to ensure seamless system connectivity

Support complex issue resolution, risk management, and continuous improvement of planning solutions

Guide projects and transformation initiatives, coordinating internal teams and external partners

Stay up to date on industry and technology trends to continuously enhance planning capabilities

About You

Experience delivering digital or supply chain planning solutions, ideally in consulting or industry environments, FMCH/FMCG

Strong knowledge of supply chain planning tools (such as Kinaxis or similar advanced planning systems) and business processes

Ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions and work across technical and non‑technical teams

Experience working in complex, international environments with multiple stakeholders

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills

Comfortable working in agile environments and managing change across multiple initiatives

Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish or French are a plus
