We are seeking an experienced Electro‑Mechanical Specialist PMCM to join our growing team supporting the delivery of mission‑critical and large‑scale construction projects. This position is intended for professionals with a strong background in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, combined with practical experience in Project Management, Construction Management, and site supervision.
This is an opportunity to join a consolidated company within the sector and work for a globally recognized client on a long‑term sequence of Data Center construction projects. The successful candidate will become part of a multidisciplinary PMCM team delivering complex and fast‑paced projects.

Requirements Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and engineering projects (10+ years preferred).
Proven experience in Electrical and Mechanical systems installation, supervision, testing, and commissioning.
Experience in Data Centers, Industrial Facilities, Pharmaceutical Plants, Logistics Facilities, or Mission Critical Environments will be highly valued.
Experience working within PMCM, Owner's Representative, Construction Management, or EPC environments is preferred.
Languages
Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English (essential).
Responsibilities
Technical Oversight
Review and monitor the installation of Electrical and Mechanical systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and client requirements.
Support design reviews,
technical submittals, RFIs, method statements, and construction documentation.
Construction Management
Supervise site activities related to MEP systems and coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.
Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation measures.
Quality Assurance & Quality Control
Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, inspection plans, and quality procedures.
Witness inspections, factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and commissioning activities.
Support commissioning activities from Level 1 to Level 5 where applicable.
Coordinate testing, functional performance testing, integrated systems testing, and handover documentation.
Project Controls
Assist in project planning, schedule monitoring, progress reporting, and milestone tracking.
Review contractor progress claims and support budget and cost control activities.
Client Reporting
Provide regular technical and progress reports to project management and client representatives.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and technical reviews with project stakeholders.
Health & Safety
Promote and ensure compliance with site safety requirements and best construction practices.
