Following strong growth and increasing customer demand, they are now looking for an Engineering Manager to help scale their engineering organisation, drive delivery excellence, and build the foundations of a world-class technical team.

What we are looking for

5+ years of software engineering experience and 2+ years leading engineering teams

Solid working experience in C++, python, Golang, Rust, Java

Strong technical background with experience in distributed systems

Experience mentoring, hiring, and developing engineers

Exposure to AI products, LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, or similar technologies





Strong understanding of software engineering best practices

Experience in startup or scale-up environments

Excellent communication skills in English

What you will do

Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed engineering team

Work closely with Product to deliver the engineering roadmap

Stay technically involved in architecture and key technical decisions

Improve engineering processes, delivery, quality, and team performance

Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams

Help scale the engineering team and culture
