Equity Research Analyst (3-10 Years' Experience)

We are partnered with a Integral Asset Manager who is seeking several Equity Research Analysts to join its investment team in Madrid . We are open to candidates from both the buy-side and sell-side who possess deep sector specialist expertise or a broad generalist skill set and are passionate about long-term investing.

The Opportunity

As an Equity Research Analyst, you will play a key role in the investment process, conducting in-depth fundamental analysis, generating differentiated investment ideas, and working closely with Portfolio Managers to drive investment performance.

The successful candidate(s) will have the opportunity to cover global equities and contribute directly to portfolio construction and investment decision-making.

Key Responsibilities





- Conduct detailed fundamental research on global listed companies
- Develop financial models, valuation frameworks, and investment theses
- Generate high-conviction long and/or investment recommendations
- Monitor company developments, industry trends, and competitive dynamics
- Meet with management teams, industry experts, and market participants
- Present investment ideas to Portfolio Managers and investment committees
- Maintain coverage of existing holdings and identify new investment opportunities
- Contribute to portfolio discussions and risk assessment

Key Requirements
- 3-10 years of equity research experience gained on either the buy-side or sell-side (some buy-side preferred)
- Strong track record of fundamental company analysis and stock pitching
- Expertise in Financials, Healthcare, Energy, Industrials, Consumer, TMT sectors or a proven Generalist background
- Experience covering global equities is preferred
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for investing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
