What You'll Do
- Finance Process Support: Provide expert support for ERP issues and change requests with a focus on finance processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, bank management, and reporting.
- Application Administration: Own application administration for our core ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- ERP Rollouts: Plan, prepare, and support ERP rollouts for finance processes and tools, including key user and end user training.
- Third-Party Integration: Coordinate the financial integration of Dynamics add-ins and third-party applications, such as contract and HR tools.
- Continuous Improvement: Design sustainable solutions that prevent recurring issues and drive continuous improvement across our finance systems.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with external partners and key users to keep projects moving forward.
- Documentation: Maintain and update functional specifications, user manuals, and support documentation.
- Interface Monitoring: Monitor interfaces for financial transactions to ensure smooth, reliable operations.
What You Bring
- BSc/master's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience in finance areas and processes — ideally accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, bank management, and/or reporting
- Proven experience supporting core business applications such as ERP systems, ideally MS Dynamics AX 2012 or MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- High affinity for and solid understanding of relevant IT topics
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Experience with financial integration of third-party solutions
- Experience working within an international, global company environment
- Skilled in creating and maintaining functional specifications and end user documentation
- Basic interface knowledge, ideally Microsoft architecture, along with XML knowledge
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
