Responsibilities
DayClient Onboarding Leadership: Own the entire onboarding process from kickoff to go-live, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints.
Stakeholder Coordination: Be the central hub connecting clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
Timeline and Project Management: Create realistic project timelines, track milestones, and proactively address any delays before they impact delivery.
Expectation Management: Communicate clearly with clients about what to expect, when to expect it, and manage scope changes professionally.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet Dost’s high standards before client handoff process.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the onboarding process and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
Team Coordination:

2‑5 years of project management experience in SaaS, fintech, or consulting environments.
Experience with project management tools (Asana, Notion, etc.).
Understanding of ERP implementations or financial software.
