Qualifications:WhatWe’reLookingFor Bachelor’sdegreeinBusinessAdministration,OperationsManagement,orrelatedfield.

Atleast5years'experiencemanaginginternationalsalesinregulated industries,havingexperienceintheEUmarket.

Provenrecordinleadership,performancemanagement,andthesuccessfuldeliveryofoperationalandfinancialtargets.

Excellentcommunication,organizational,andanalyticalskills.

Knowledgeofcontinuousimprovementmethodologiesisaplus.

Strongproficiencyinenterprisemanagementsystemsandtools(ERP,MSOffice,inventorymanagementsoftware).

Flexibilitytotravelfrequentlyacrosssiteswithintheassignedarea.
