About the Role
We are looking for a senior Business Development Manager to drive and scale our card-acquiring business, with a strong focus on subscription and recurring payment models.
This is not a generic acquiring role.



We are specifically looking for someone who understands the mechanics, risks, and economics of subscription businesses — including recurring billing logic, payment recovery strategies, and subscription-related chargebacks.
You will work with high-volume, subscription-based merchants, owning the full lifecycle from acquisition to scaling, while ensuring sustainable growth and controlled risk exposure.
Responsibilities
Build & Scale Subscription Acquiring Portfolio
Develop and grow a portfolio focused on subscription and recurring merchants
Identify, onboard, and scale high-volume subscription businesses
Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, risk appetite, processing setup)
Build long-term partnerships with merchants and ecosystem players
Optimize Recurring Payment Performance
Improve the full recurring payment lifecycle:
initial transactions (CIT)
renewals (MIT)
retries and dunning flows
Increase approv
