Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

The API Analyst supports the full lifecycle of customer‑facing APIs, ensuring reliable operations, smooth onboarding of API users, and rapid resolution of technical issues. This role acts as a bridge between technical teams (APIGEE, Engineering, Architecture) and business/API Champions, providing both functional and technical support. The API Analyst is responsible for credential management, troubleshooting, integration testing, documentation review, and customer assistance, ensuring a positive experience for internal and external API consumers.
