Food & Beverage Department in

Jumeirah Mallorca .

Responsibilities

Ensure smooth daily operations of the Infinity Pool outlet while maintaining Jumeirah service standards.

Deliver exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs, handling complaints professionally, and building guest relationships.

Supervise, support, and guide the team to maintain high service, safety, and operational standards.

Monitor restaurant performance, service flow, guest satisfaction, and quality of food & beverage presentation.

Coordinate scheduling, special events, and operational resources while controlling costs, wastage, and budgets.





Maintain strong collaboration with kitchen and F&B; leadership to ensure efficient and high-quality operations.
