About the Role:
We are looking for a
Finance Controller – Consolidation & M&A; Integration to join our Corporate Finance team at Noatum Logistics. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the integrity, consistency, and audit-readiness of financial information across our Logistics Cluster. You will combine financial controlling, consolidation, General Ledger governance, and finance transformation activities, with a strong focus on post-merger financial integration and the implementation of Oracle Fusion.
This position will be instrumental in driving IFRS compliance, supporting audits, and enabling scalable and standardized financial processes in a fast-evolving, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor financial performance and ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data across legal entities Perform financial analyses and modeling to support management decision-making Ensure consistency between actuals, forecasts, and budgets in close coordination with FP&A; 2. M&A; Integrations & Oracle Fusion Implementation
Lead the financial integration of newly acquired companies, ensuring alignment of accounting policies, processes, and reporting standards Drive harmonization of Chart of Accounts, financial data, and reporting structures post-acquisition Actively participate in the implementation of Oracle Fusion, including process design, data migration, and system alignment
Ensure smooth transition from legacy ERPs into the target operating model Support broader finance transformation initiatives 3. Consolidation & Reporting
Own monthly and quarterly closing and consolidation processes Ensure timely and accurate reporting to Group Finance Oversee intercompany reconciliations and eliminations Promote automation and standardization of reporting using EPM tools 4. General Ledger & Accounting Governance
Ensure integrity, consistency, and robustness of the General Ledger across entities Drive harmonization of the Chart of Accounts (CoA)
Ensure implementation and adherence to IFRS-compliant accounting policies
Resolve complex accounting topics and ensure balance sheet quality Establish and maintain a standardized closing calendar and governance model Monitor closing activities within Oracle and other ERP systems
Drive reduction of closing timelines and manual journal entries Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance closing efficiency 6. IFRS Compliance & Audit
Act as a reference point for technical accounting matters Support external audits and prepare technical documentation Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal control frameworks (ICFR / SOX-like) 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Internal Controls, FP&A;, M&A;, Tax, and Treasury teams Act as a bridge between Finance and operational teams Participate in ad-hoc strategic and transformation projects Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
Solid experience in financial controlling, accounting, audit, or consolidation roles Strong expertise in IFRS and financial reporting Proven experience in M&A; integrations and ERP implementations (Oracle is highly desirable)
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus
