Finance Controller Location: Terrassa (Barcelona) | Type: Full-time, Hybrid

About the role

As a Finance Controller, you will report to the Hub Manager Mediterranean and work closely with local management, Service Owners, and global stakeholders. You will act as a Finance Business Partner, supporting financial performance, ensuring compliance, and contributing to both local and global initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Analyze financial performance and support budgeting and target‑setting processes.

Ensure financial reporting is accurate, reliable, and delivered on time.

Identify and resolve financial discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across systems.

Act as Finance Business Partner, supporting local management and stakeholders.

Serve as a point of contact for Service Owners regarding financial data and analysis.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.

Support audits, reporting processes, and infrastructure maintenance.

Contribute to local and global projects and initiatives.

Provide backup and support to the Hub Manager and accounting functions.

Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting,



or related field (professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA are a plus).

5+ years of relevant experience in financial management, analysis, and budgeting.

Experience working with multiple countries in South Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece) is highly preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and improve processes.

Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for financial analysis and reporting.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.

Fluent in English; additional languages such as Italian or Greek are a plus.
