At Pyou , we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join an industrial manufacturing company that is part of a well-established international group. Reporting directly to the General Manager and functionally to the Group CFO, this is a key leadership role combining strategic business partnering with hands-on financial management.

You will lead the local finance function while acting as the main link between the Spanish entity and the Group Finance organization. Accounting & Statutory Reporting Supervise general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Ensure tax, legal and corporate compliance.

Finance & Treasury Manage cash flow, liquidity and banking relationships. Lead short- and medium-term financial planning. Monitor working capital (inventory, receivables, payables). Controlling & Performance Management Prepare budgets, forecasts and business plans.

Control manufacturing costs and support operational decisions. Drive continuous improvement of finance and controlling processes. Act as the main interface with Group CFO and central controlling functions.

Align local processes with international reporting standards. Coordinate and develop the local finance team. Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline. 7–10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Controlling.

Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of financial accounting, controlling and statutory reporting.

Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus).
