Essential Requirements

Minimum

5 years' experience in passive fire protection/fire stopping

Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card

NVQ Level 2

Own transport/van

Own tools

Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of workmanship

Experience Required Applicants must have proven experience carrying out all aspects of passive fire protection, including:

Installing fire batt, fire mastic, fire collars, and fire wraps

Sealing penetrations around pipes, cables, and ductwork

Carrying out remedial fire-stopping works





Maintaining fire compartmentation

Working in occupied and void properties

Completing installation records and photographic evidence

Working to current fire safety regulations and manufacturers' specifications

Delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service

Experience working within social housing, commercial, healthcare, education, or occupied buildings is highly desirable.
