As a firmware developer, you will participate in the development of new projects, as well as create new features to improve and maintain existing embedded firmware applications, mainly based on the TI C2000 family, developing complete applications dedicated to the management and control of electrical power devices.

Responsibilities Use the official UTI-SW code development, version control, and code documentation tools. Use collaborative work tools in accordance with the QoS plan. Execute software development processes in accordance with QoS.

Follow the software working methodology, as defined in QoS. Assume responsibility for the quality of the software developed. Assume responsibility for meeting development deadlines agreed upon in the Sprint Planning.

Assume responsibility for reviewing and approving code merges in GitLab, ensuring compliance with code versioning rules, collaborative work in GitLab, and ticket management in Redmine, in accordance with QoS. Analyze software specifications. Design, develop, and maintain embedded applications for ZGR products.

Prepare and maintain design documents. Debug, perform unit testing, and conduct software verification. Participate in the daily scrums of the developments in which you participate. Participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews,



and Retrospectives.

Support other departments. Analyze and test at customer facilities in support of other departments. Train, supervise, and mentor less experienced members.

Qualifications Minimum academic qualifications: Engineering or university degree in a science field.

Essential

Knowledge/Experience Development of well-structured and documented software.

Experience and proficiency in C programming.

Desirable

Knowledge/Experience Work experience as an embedded software developer for microprocessors.

Experience developing embedded systems for solar and/or storage inverters.

Experience in code documentation with Doxygen.

Experience designing and implementing Unit Tests (UTs). Programming experience in Python. ~ Experience with GitLab for version control.

Skills Ability to define software architectures for complex products. Ability to define software specifications from very high level or even non-existent requirements for new products. High-level requirements analysis. Proactivity. Rigor and method. Ability to work in a team. Dynamism in execution of work. Dedication to work. Eagerness to learn.

Travel

Some travel required.
