Soho Farmhouse Ibiza is set in a working olive grove on the White Island and offers members the experience of Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire, featuring bedrooms, an outdoor pool, holistic wellness with gym, yoga deck and treatment rooms, an organic kitchen garden restaurant and bar.

The Role As Floor Manager at Soho House, you are an ambassador for the brand with detailed knowledge of the Soho House Group and its concept, including all menu and F&B; offerings. Demonstrating a professional approach towards employees and members, you are responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the club, associated events, and the member and guest experience.

Main Duties

Be visible on the floor and engage with members, gathering feedback through reporting channels and delivering comments to the kitchen and front‑of‑house team.

Ensure members and guests have a great experience, resolving any issues before they depart.

Order and purchase products for the club.

Coordinate and operate the POS system, ensuring all items are updated as necessary.

Be available for staff for any requests and problems, proactively solving issues.

Ensure the club team is appropriately groomed and wearing the correct uniform in accordance with site and company standards.

Work with other departments to ensure the department runs efficiently.

Print, organize, and separate various documents, summarize relevant information, and distribute information to appropriate employees.

Ensure employee compliance with company standards, policies and external regulations.





Ensure hourly employees are trained on company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job.

Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and meet appropriate quality standards.

Maintain the highest level of appearance at all times.

Be physically fit and able to safely lift, bend, twist and stand/walk for long periods.

What We Are Looking For

Up to 3‑5 years’ experience in a busy hospitality venue in a floor‑management capacity.

Innovator and influencer with previous experience managing F&B; operations.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships internally and externally.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent customer service.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Organised and reliable.

Ability to work and maximise relationships within a diverse team.

Computer literacy in Opera, Micros and Adaco is advantageous.
