The role: Forward Deployment Engineer As a Deployment Associate, you’ll work at the intersection of AI, product, and go-to-market, helping software companies redesign how they sell using autonomous agents.

Responsibilities

Build and shape AI agents that automate real sales processes

Own client deployments end-to-end and grow into bigger engagements

Partner with product and engineering to evolve the platform

Grow on a clear career path within the Deployment team

Qualifications High‑potential profiles with 1–3 years of experience who want to build, not just analyze.

You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you should be tech‑savvy with a technical or analytical background and excited to learn how to build AI agents.

Fluency in English is required (Spanish is not). Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
