You go deep inside their operations, break messy workflows into precise steps our agents can run, and drive the adoption that makes automation stick. As one of our first hires, you define how the deployed motion works at Kapia. What you'll do

Own client deployments from pilot through full production

Run process discovery and translate ambiguous workflows into executable steps

Build alignment across stakeholders, from analysts to the C-suite

Own the change management that turns a pilot into a company-wide rollout

Codify repeatable patterns and feed them back to Product and Engineering

Grow client relationships and surface new opportunities You may be a good fit if you have

4+ years in a strategic, client-facing role (deployment, consulting, account management). Former founders and operators encouraged.
