The Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the efficiency, scalability, and transformation of Health & Benefits operations in Spain. The role focuses on enabling business growth, driving process improvement and enhancing data quality, through the adoption of automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Deliver advanced operational and business analysis to identify improvement opportunities, leveraging AI-driven insights and tools. Redesign processes, define performance metrics, implement monitoring frameworks, and deploy automated workflows to drive continuous improvement, reduce manual effort, and enhance operational efficiency.
