About the offer
Alea is looking for a creative and strategic Content Specialist to become the "voice" of our brand. Reporting directly to the Head of PR & Communications, this role will take full ownership of Alea’s written narrative across all channels. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality, compelling content that elevates our brand presence—from press releases and industry news to award-winning submission entries and engaging website copy.
This is not just a copywriting role; it is a strategic position for a storyteller who understands the iGaming landscape. You will ensure that every piece of content we put out is top-notch, consistent with our tone of voice, and positions Alea as a thought leader ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation:
- Draft & Edit Core PR Materials: Write high-impact press releases, official company statements, and thought leadership articles for industry publications
- Website & Digital Copy: Maintain and update Alea’s corporate website, ensuring all information is current, SEO-optimized,



and aligned with our product evolution.
- Awards & Recognition: Lead the drafting and management of award applications, crafting persuasive narratives that highlight Alea’s achievements to secure wins.
- Industry News & Trends: Act as an internal journalist, monitor iGaming trends and competitor activity to proactively suggest and create timely, relevant content that keeps Alea ahead of the curve.
- Content Management: create and maintain a repository of content accessible for concerning roles within Alea who can leverage existing materials in their customer facing activities and company’s presentations. In doing so, driving content investment efficiencies and enabling one-voice.
- Content Syndication: identify opportunities for republishing content in order to amplify reach and generate traffic back to the source (ie. Alea’s website)
