About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead solution architecture and customer success for our image recognition–driven retail execution platform, across European markets. This is a hybrid role combining technical solution ownership with strategic customer engagement, ensuring successful deployments, adoption, and continuous value realization.
The idóneo candidate will have strong experience in ML/Data Science–driven products, enterprise solution design, and customer-facing program management. Experience in retail execution and image recognition is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Delivery
Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Solution deployments across European markets.
Translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML-enabled solution designs.
Work closely with AI/ML, data science, engineering, and product teams to ensure technical feasibility and performance.
Define and maintain integration architecture with client systems (e.g., Data platforms, sales systems, analytics platforms).
Lead technical discussions,



solution reviews, and architecture approvals with client stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance standards across markets.

Customer Success & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for key European clients.
Drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion of the PEPIRIS solution.
Monitor customer KPIs and ensure delivery against agreed business outcomes.
Lead executive reviews, roadmap discussions, and value realization sessions.
Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and solution enhancements.
Manage escalations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Program & Operations Management
Oversee multiple deployments across markets, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams: product, AI, engineering, and regional business teams.
