With 500 colleagues ( > 325 in Madrid) we support more than 250 entities, covering 60 % of the Group’s balance sheet and all banking activities. Our purpose is to measure, control and explain every financial indicator that drives the business.

Responsabilities

As a member of the Head Office Reporting P&L; team, you will ensure the flawless submission of Group P&L; statements, guarantee data quality, and own the analytical process that underpins all reporting requirements. You will act as the single point of contact for P&L; reporting, driving accuracy and insight for the business.

Ensure the reconciliation between financial and management accounting figures, following Group and CIB Finance standards.




Promote data quality and streamline expense reporting, consolidating manual entries and driving remediation plans.
Build and maintain a KPI dashboard, delivering transparent performance metrics to regional stakeholders.
Design and implement automated reporting solutions, reducing manual effort and increasing analytical speed.
Support local finance teams and business heads with expense analysis and KPI explanations.

Requirements

Studies

Accounting, Business or equivalent.

Experience

Finance or management accounting experience, preferably in financial services.

Languages

Mandatory English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

Solid understanding of IFRS and French GAAP.
