? We are looking for a BESS Project Manager for our Production & Operation Department and to manage our current construction & commissioning projects.

✅Functions & Responsibilities:
Lead the execution and delivery of utility-scale BESS projects from Notice to Proceed (NTP) through commissioning, testing, and Commercial Operation Date (COD); ensuring safe, on schedule, within budget, and compliance delivery. Ensure a smooth and complete transition of projects from construction to Operations & Maintenance teams.
Act as the primary point of contact between internal departments, EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, grid operators, authorities, and other project stakeholders.
Develop, maintain, and monitor project execution plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans throughout the project lifecycle. Arrangement of regular meetings providing accurate reports.
Coordinating Internal Stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved; Monitoring External Stakeholders ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, HSE standards, quality requirements,



and project specifications.
Implementing mitigation measures and corrective actions when necessary.
Review and manage contracts, change orders, claims, variations, and commercial matters in coordination with legal, procurement, and finance teams. Support procurement activities.
Ensure all permitting, environmental, interconnection, land, and regulatory requirements are fulfilled throughout project execution.
Coordinate technical reviews including detailed engineering, equipment approvals, factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and commissioning procedures. Coordinate testing activities to ensure contractual guarantees and technical performance requirements are achieved.
Oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to approved designs, construction standards, quality plans, and safety procedures.
