Customer Care & Operations Executive (English & German)

Are you passionate about customer service, highly organised, and looking to join an international company where no two days are the same?

We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Care & Operations Executive to join our Barcelona office on a full-time self-employed (autónomo/freelance contractor) basis.

This is a varied role combining customer service, logistics, administration, and office operations, making it adecuado for someone who enjoys both working with people and managing operational tasks.

What you'll be doing

As part of our Customer Care & Operations team, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting customers via telephone, email and live chat
Managing customer cases using our CRM system
Preparing quotations and providing product information
Processing customer orders and following cases through to completion
DNA kit preparation, fulfilment and dispatch
Printing documentation and assembling testing kits
Receiving and scanning returned DNA samples




Coordinating shipments with international courier companies
General office administration and inventory management
Working closely with our international customer service teams

We're looking for someone who has:

✔ Excellent spoken and written English (essential)
✔ Very good domain of spoken and written German (essential)
✔ Spanish is welcomed but not essential
✔ Previous experience in Customer Service, Administration or Operations
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
✔ Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams)
✔ Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Professional telephone manner
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
