At ERNI, we're looking for an experienced Test Engineer to be part of an international engineering team, to plan and execute manual and automated tests, support EMC testing campaigns, perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and successful delivery of reliable medical devices.

How do we make this happen?
With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.
And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently,



you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Medical Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in embedded systems testing, including verification and validation activities.
- Experience with EMC testing, compliance, or troubleshooting, including laboratory-based testing.
- Hands-on experience using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, preamplifiers and electronic measurement tools.
