Accountabilities
- Design and build AI-powered workflows and automations that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency across teams.
- Develop intelligent AI agents to support tasks such as information routing, decision support, and process optimization.
- Prototype AI solutions using automation tools and lightweight scripting to translate business needs into functional systems.
- Build and maintain integrations between business systems using platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Monday.com, and Slack.
- Connect tools and services via APIs and webhooks, applying JavaScript or Python where necessary to extend functionality.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize automations to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
