In this wonderful role, your time is perfectly split: half of your focus goes to vital sales support, managing administrative tasks, and following up on contracts, while the other half is all about driving exciting outbound sales initiatives This is a quality-driven environment where having authentic, meaningful conversations is just as essential as hitting your volume and performance targets. You will work a fixed full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, and after your initial onboarding phase, you can enjoy a fantastic hybrid working model (Please note: this project follows specific Nordic bank holiday calendars, meaning mandatory time off on those festive days).
Your responsibilities
- Connect with key decision-makers to start high-quality, impactful conversations
- Build lasting trust and uncover customer needs using an authentic, consultative selling approach.
