you are responsible for overseeing and coordinating all floor activities, including assisting visitors and providing guidance, mentorship, and support to Junior Duty Managers and the Floor Crew. It is your responsibility to oversee and coordinate all floor activities, including assisting visitors and providing guidance, mentorship, and support to Junior Duty Managers and the Floor crew. You play a key role in the efficient and effective operation of the museum, taking a proactive lead in maintaining smooth daily operations.

A core responsibility of this role is the active management and optimization of visitor flow and the overall visitor journey, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and well paced experience from entry to exit. This includes anticipating peak times, managing capacity, resolving bottlenecks, and continuously improving the way visitors move through and experience the museum.
