We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who thinks like an owner, not a ticket-taker. This is a cross-functional role : you’ll work on complex projects across multiple teams with a high level of autonomy, taking ideas from a high-level problem statement through to production. You’ll have the experience to design and defend backend architecture , along with the product mindset to understand why we’re building something, not just what we’re building.

Design and defend backend architecture: event-driven systems on AWS, built to be resilient, cost-aware, and scalable. Contribute across the frontend in our React / Next.js ecosystem when the work calls for it.



A strong backend engineer with proven experience designing scalable , event-driven architectures and structuring well-modeled databases, and the ability to defend your decisions, not just implement.

AWS expertise, especiallyfor event-driven, serverless architectures, Lambda, messaging/eventing (EventBridge, SQS), API layers, and data stores such as RDS (PostgreSQL), etc. Comfortable and productive in a React / Next.js frontend.

A genuine owner: you take a problem from an ambiguous idea to a shipped product and you're comfortable adapting as priorities shift with demand in a fast-growing startup. You already use AI in your daily engineering flow and have opinions about where it helps and where it doesn't. Fluent in Spanish and English (Mandatory) Early-stage / startup experience where you wore many hats.
