Full-Time Faculty member in Strategy, Management & Research to join our

Barcelona Campus for the

2026–2027 Academic Year .

This is an exciting opportunity to join an international academic community and contribute to teaching, research, and academic excellence while working with students from over 60 nationalities.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Strategy, Management, Economics, and Research.

Supervise undergraduate dissertations and Master's Final Projects, and participate in thesis defense committees.

Supervise student thesis groups and provide academic guidance throughout the research process.

Contribute to curriculum development, academic quality assurance, and institutional initiatives.

Conduct research and contribute to scholarly activities, including publishing in Scopus-indexed journals.

Teaching assignments are indicative and may vary based on institutional needs and the candidate's expertise.

Qualifications

PhD in Business, Strategy, Economics, or a closely related discipline.

Minimum

3 years of university teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Research expertise in Strategic Management, Organisational Behaviour, Economics, Research Methods, or Quantitative Analysis.

Experience supervising undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Excellent command of English (language of instruction). Knowledge of an additional European language is considered an asset.

Commitment to academic excellence, research, and student success.

Research Expectations Faculty members are expected to:

Publish at least one peer-reviewed Scopus-indexed journal article.

Produce a minimum of three scholarly or intellectual contributions over a rolling five-year period, in line with institutional research expectations.
