ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

We are seeking a CRM Marketing Manager, Vendor (International Markets) to lead lifecycle marketing strategy across our global vendor business in the UK, Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, Brazil, Mexico, and India.

This role is responsible for defining and evolving regional CRM strategies that drive vendor acquisition, activation, engagement, retention,



and long-term market growth across diverse international markets. You will serve as the strategic CRM lead for International Vendor Marketing, partnering cross-functionally with Integral CRM, Regional Marketing, Product, Data, and Enterprise teams to deliver localized, scalable, and high-impact customer experiences.

This role sits at the intersection of lifecycle strategy, regional growth, localization, and CRM innovation. Success in this role requires balancing global consistency with local market nuance — identifying opportunities to scale lifecycle programs while adapting engagement strategies to regional customer behaviors, business priorities, operational realities, and compliance requirements.
