We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.

Responsibilities

Your role as a Assistant, Administration & Accounting will involve:
- Record salaries and wages, as well as other department expenses, including employee benefits.
- Record bank transactions related to personnel expenses and perform bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile the department’s general ledger accounts.
- Manage the department’s administrative processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll incident management, payroll review and payment, and administration of employee benefits.
