About The Role
We are looking for Youth Lead Practitioners to support adolescents and young adults aged 9-25 as they navigate life with a disability, from adolescence through to early adulthood.

As a Youth Lead Practitioner at Everyday Independence,



no two days will be the same. If you were here last week, these are some of the things you may have done:
- Led the interdisciplinary youth team that plans a young person’s NDIS funded therapy package, acting as the main contact for adolescent and young adult participants and their families
- Utilised assessment and intervention skills to support youth participants to achieve their educational, personal, social, and working life goals
- Worked within the social model which means you’ll have worked and delivered therapy in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces and community centres
- Held meaningful, future-focused conversations with participants and their supports
- Empowered participants and their families to develop habits and routines
- Built meaningful relationships with your participants and their supports (family, carers, friends)
- Documented, and billed for, each se
