THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

CIB is looking for an ECM Analyst II based out of Madrid.



You will play a central role in the origination and execution of equity and equity-linked transactions, taking ownership of key workstreams and acting as a critical link between clients, internal teams and external advisors.

You will be actively involved in IPOs, rights issues, accelerated bookbuilds (ABBs), block trades, convertible bonds and public takeover advisory mandates.

This role requires strong technical expertise, capital markets judgment, execution discipline and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility situations.

Transaction Execution Leadership

Lead day-to-day execution of equity and equity-linked transactions
Take ownership of specific workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
