As a Management Assistant, you will play a key role in enabling our VP’s and Directors to operate effectively by ensuring seamless organization, communication, and administrative support. You will act as a trusted partner, connecting people, priorities, and processes across a global organization.

Reporting to a VP or Director, you will provide daily support in managing agendas, communications, and activity coordination, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
