In HomeServe Consumer Finance are looking for a highly motivated and commercially driven Partner Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of installation partners offering our consumer finance solutions across renewable energy, including Solar, Heat Pumps, Boilers and Air Conditioning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring operational excellence throughout the financing process, coordinating with the internal credit analyst team, and identifying new strategic partnerships that contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
This role combines account management, business development, operational coordination and stakeholder management in a fast-growing financing environment.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Partner Relationship Management
● Support the development of a portfolio of installation partners across Spain.
● Act as a point of contact for partners regarding financing solutions, processes and commercial opportunities.
● Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders within partner organisations.




● Conduct regular business reviews to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
● Provide training and support to partners on financing products, processes and digital tools.

Operational & Financial Coordination
● Monitor and manage the end-to-end financing process to ensure a seamless customer and partner experience.
● Coordinate and oversee payment and transfer processes to installation partners, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Business Development
● Manage the onboarding and diligence of new installation partners.
● Support on the development and execution partnership growth plans aligned with company objectives.
● Build relationships with leading installers, utilities and home energy solution providers.
● Support negotiations of commercial agreements and partnership terms.
● Contribute to achieving annual origination and portfolio growth targets.
