We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Product Team.

What You’ll Do
Own and enhance dashboards: Build and refine Metabase dashboards and reports to support key business stakeholders across product, operations, growth, and leadership.
Advanced SQL analysis: Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries to support critical reporting and decision-making.
Turn questions into insights: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into clear metrics, analyses,



and recommendations (e.g., user behavior, funnel performance, retention, conversion, and revenue).
Define and monitor KPIs: Help define success metrics and maintain reliable reporting for core company KPIs across app and web experiences.
Data quality & instrumentation: Identify inconsistencies, missing data, or tracking gaps and propose scalable fixes in collaboration with engineering and analytics stakeholders.
Deep-dive analysis: Conduct ad hoc analysis, root-cause investigations, and opportunity sizing to guide prioritization and improve performance.
Enable self-serve analytics: Improve documentation, metric definitions, and dashboard usability so teams can confidently self-serve insights.

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Analytics role in a data-driven organization (consumer apps, marketplaces, or subscription businesses are a plus).
