About The Role

We're looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative with native or near-native German language skills to join our fast-growing AI platform team in Barcelona. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to break into the world of artificial intelligence and SaaS — with full support to make the move to one of Europe's most exciting tech hubs.

No prior tech sales experience required — we invest in your growth from day one.

What You'll Do

Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) through outbound outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn
Engage German-speaking decision-makers to generate interest in our AI platform
Book discovery calls and demos for the Account Executive team
Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity logs in the CRM
Collaborate with marketing on targeted outreach campaigns




Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach volume, meetings booked, and pipeline generated

What We're Looking For

Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level) — essential
Fluent in English (working language of the team)
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a client-facing role
Strong communication skills — confident on the phone and in writing
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Interest in AI, tech, or SaaS is a big plus
EU work authorization or eligible for visa sponsorship
