- Lead multiple digital projects from planning to successful delivery.
- Translate client goals into actionable plans and manage scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.
- Drive agile delivery by facilitating ceremonies, removing blockers, and promoting best practices.
- Manage forecasting, budgets, billing, profitability, and resource planning.
- Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining project governance and documentation.
- Act as the main client contact, managing expectations and communicating project progress.
- Foster collaboration, support team wellbeing, and mentor junior colleagues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and help shape delivery standards.
