? Your Daily Responsibilities

Support German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

-
Provide professional and friendly customer service

Solve customer inquiries efficiently and accurately

Maintain high customer satisfaction standards

Document customer interactions and follow internal processes

Collaborate with different departments to ensure the best customer experience

✅ What We Are Looking For

Native or fluent German skills (C1/C2)
- B2 Level of Spanish

Good level of English

Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Previous customer service experience is a plus

Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Currently based in Spain
