Experteer Overview As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead cost management and procurement across diverse projects, coordinating a team of cost professionals. You’ll standardize estimation, budgeting, and cost control practices to support large-scale infrastructure, industrial, and government initiatives. You’ll apply BIM-driven workflows and engage with clients to present budgets and value engineering. - Lead cost management delivery across multiple projects with accurate estimation, control, and reporting
- Foster team growth and ensure consistent quality outputs
- Develop and maintain company-wide cost tracking, estimation, and budgeting standards
- Manage procurement strategy, tenders, and value-for-money alignment with project objectives
- Occasionally act as primary client-facing lead on budget presentations and risk reporting
- Utilize BIM,

- Support governance by complying with internal procedures while addressing project-specific challengesResponsabilidades
- SpanishDegree in Technical Fields, Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, or a related field (Arquitecture, Building Engineering)
- Minimum 7-10 years' experience in cost management with leadership roles
- Proven track record across multiple sectors
- Strong proficiency with BIM, Presto, and other cost management software
- Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
