The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced (Senior) Product Data Analyst to join our Product Data Analytics team to work closely with Data Cluster, Tech and Business teams.
Our Product Analytics team is on the forefront of insights generation to the product organization,
helping our Member, Payments and Partner pillars of product to grow and build functionalities relevant for each consumer group.
What you will do
- You analyze data to generate actionable insights and recommendations that drive product and business growth
- You lead product discovery efforts by identifying user journey friction points and providing evidence-based recommendations on product decisions
- You communicate findings effectively to product managers, business stakeholders, and executives through clear, actionable narratives
- You build and maintain scalable data models using SQL, ensuring reliable and efficient access to business-critical data
- You ensure data quality by identifying root causes of data issues and partnering with engineering teams to implement sustainable solutions
- You create and maintain dashboards in tools such as Looker or Hex, transforming data into clear and compe
